Reiki & Reflexology

Reiki: a Japanese system of meditation and well-being. Central to Reiki practice is the Chiryo, or healing treatment, which can be given directly through the passive laying on of hands or at a distance through focused

meditation. During treatment the Reiki practitioner helps to bring harmony within the entire individual: physically, mentally, and emotionally. Reiki treatments can be given exclusively or as part of some other treatment

such as massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, hypnosis, or a variety of other healing methods. There is no way to truly describe the gentle power of Reiki; it must be experienced.
